2016 is the first vintage of Grüner from our Longwood vineyard. Savoury texture and spice characters complement aromas of orange zest and ripe peach. The rich, full bodied flavours are balanced by vibrant zesty acidity and soft phenolics.
The very early and compressed 2016 vintage gave fruit of intense flavour and aroma. Partial barrel fermentation has added texture and depth to the sweet floral and pear characters. Hints of sweet spice and honey accompany the stone fruit. This wine has a silky body, mouth‐filling texture and a balanced citrus finish.
The 2015 Ironbank is predominantly Shiraz (88%), with a touch of Pinot Noir blended for a silky mouth-feel. The Shiraz gives lifted spice and ripe berry aromas. The sweet fruit flavours make this an exceptionally well balanced, full bodied wine.
Our Sauvignon Blanc shows lifted tropical fruit and fresh herbaceous hints. The palate has typical citrus and mineral purity preceding a lively, lingering finish. This wine is extremely food friendly.
This wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir for its power and riper red fruit aromas and Chardonnay for citrus lift and finesse

Loftia is famously crisp and zesty, the perfect aperitif style sparkling. Aromas of baked red apple and lemon crème brulée on the nose precede the creamy mousse and citrus finish. 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay.
New Vintage Release
Fine tannins give this wonderful texture, and an earthy complexity comes from two years ageing in new and old French oak. This extended ageing adds structure, balance and flavour. Cellar Door Exclusive.
