 Colour and Nose: Deep purple in colour. Herbaceous hints add complexity to the sweet blackcurrant and plum aromas.
Palate:A medium to full bodied wine with the ripe plum and blackcurrant flavours carrying through to the palate. Firm tannins from the Cabernet provide length and structure while the Merlot softens the mid palate. 2 years ageing in new and old French oak has added savoury, earthy characters to the wine.
