 Colour and Nose: Deep red in colour. Sweet ripe fruits blend with hints of white pepper and earthy aromas.
Palate: A full bodied Shiraz with velvety, ripe black and red fruits on the palate. Soft fine tannins provide length and structure. 2 years ageing in a mix of new and old French oak has added savoury, earthy characters. A full flavoured yet elegantly balanced wine.
Vineyards: Sourced from our family vineyards in the cool climate of Manjimup WA which consistently produce great Shiraz. |
