 Nose & Colour: Attractive coppery gold colour with lifted aromas of pear and mango and hints of honey.
Palate: This wine has been fleshed out and smoothed by partial oak fermentation. The tight structure is beautifully balanced with some honey lushness just beginning to show through on the crisp, dry finish.
Vineyards: Picked from our cool climate family vineyard in the Lenswood district of the Adelaide Hills.
Food Suggestions: Spicy Asian dishes or warm beef salad. |
