The Wines - 2004 Pinot Noir

Colour and Nose: Purple/red in colour. Lifted aromas of plum, cherry and light berries and hints of vanilla oak.

Palate: A medium bodied wine with sweet richness on the finish. The fruit flavours are balanced by soft tannins giving extra length and substance. The sweet cherry and plum characters follow to the palate making this a lively, fruity Pinot. Cellar for 3 years or enjoy now.

Vineyards: Picked from our cool climate family vineyard in Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills. The soils of the Hills are well drained broken iron stone over clay.

Food Suggestions: Enjoy this wine with seared Kangaroo or Peking duck.
