Nose & Colour: Sweet ripe plum and cassis with hints of spice and leather.
Palate: This is a delicious shiraz with excellent depth and length of flavour. Fine tannins and earthy, savoury characters add complexity and complement the rich full flavours.
Vineyards: Picked from vineyards in the Fleurieu region of South Australia.
Food Suggestions: Seared kangaroo fillet. |
