Deviation Road Winery Security Policy

Deviation Road uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.

eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Deviation Road or any outside party.

• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

Legal Requirements

You must be 18years of age or older to receive alcoholic beverages from Deviation Road Winery. Wines purchased are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Product dispatch occurs from Deviation Road to Australia Post occurs within 72hours and expected delivery time is up to 7 working days. If goods are unavailable we will contact you directly.

Delivery Charges

There is no minimum order required however orders of 12 or more bottles are freight free. All other orders are charged as follows: Delivery within SA $7 per order. VIC, NSW, QLD & ACT $15 per order, all other states including TAS, NT & WA $20 charged per order for registered delivery.
