This masterclass, hosted by Deviation Road winemaker and owner Kate Laurie, will guide you through a range of wines, exploring the regional influences between the most iconic Deviation Road sparkling's from the Adelaide Hills and some of our favourite Grower Champagnes. The morning will finish with an opportunity for you to taste a mystery wine and test out what you've learnt.
This is the perfect event for those beginning to explore the world of bubbles right through to seasoned connoisseurs. A minimum of 8 pours of wine and cheese and lavosh will be provided.
