A textural Sauvignon Blanc with fresh citrus and sweet pea aromas
preceeding flavours of nashi pear and preserved lemon.

At vintage all parcels are pressed into tank and cold fermented cool to preserve aromatics and freshness.
Small batches are kept separate to see how the vintage and vineyard sites express themselves.
The best parcels of wine are then blended and bottled for release in winter each year.
2020 was a low yielding vintage due to damage to our wine region from the December fires. Our Gumeracha and Mylor vineyards were
unaffected and the mild growing conditions were well suited to the variety, producing premium fruit of great complexity and flavour
For the first time we have sourced an additional parcel of fruit from growers outside of the Adelaide Hills, however the wine has retained our signature style.
