Fruit was sourced from our high altitude 25 year old vineyard site in Lenswood which consistently produces outstanding Chardonnay for sparkling wine. Following 12 years ageing on lees, this release is a fresh and vibrant Beltana with a creamy mousse and mouth-watering finish.
