STYLE

Sourced from the BioGro certified organic Grava Vineyard, this Pinot Noir features 25% whole cluster fermentation, adding beautiful aromatics and flow. It is un-fined and unfiltered, preserving the natural integrity of the wine.

This wine presents a stunning bouquet of cassia bark, floral notes, and red fruits. The palate offers a juicy entry with raspberry fruit and red liquorice, creating a long, inviting structure that captivates from the first sip.
