Demière Ansiot is a 4th generation small family winery located in the town of Oger in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Oger is one of the famous Grand Cru villages in this 100% Chardonnay terroir. The philosophy of this small house is to focus on the consistent high quality of their Non Vintage Brut, which means they only produce Vintage wines in incredible years.
STYLE
This pristine, 100% Chardonnay Champagne has a heavenly perfume, evoking yellow plum, pear, orange citrus, and exotic spices. The palate is layered with ripe pear and biscuit crumb texture, lifted by fresh citrus on the finish. This wine has exquisite balance and finesse with elegant bubbles emblematic of a few years of cellar time.
