Have you tried our Pinot Gris Riesling yet?

In 2013 we kept back a small parcel of our pinot gris to age a further 12 months to develop complexity and depth. The addition of early picked riesling (30%) gave the citrus backbone to make the wine finish fresh and crisp yet with full mid palate flavour.

The fruit was sourced from family planted vineyards high in the Adelaide Hills. Sitting between 520 and 600 meters above sea level, the altitude of this site ensures cool conditions during ripening which is ideal for freshness and elegance. 

It is a great match with chilli prawns or a spicy Thai beef salad.

It's proving a very popular addition to our tasting line-up since its release in late February 2015.
